Visa Information

The Slovak Republic applies the Schengen visa regulations. Participants are requested to verify at the webpage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic whether they need a Schengen visa to enter Slovakia. Participants who need an invitation letter to apply for a Schengen visa should inform the LOC as soon as possible by e-mail (see the contacts) or by fax (+421 35 7602487). The LOC will issue a letter, which should be presented to the Slovak embassy or consulate general competent for the country of their current residence when applying for a visa, to selected students and to lecturers.
